With pride, we honour the tradition of the firm by including and continuing the name of ROBERT H. WATERS, a leader in our community and the local legal profession for 42 years. Bob passed away in 2010 but remains as a household name in this region where his contribution to minor sports, municipal politics, his compassion for his clients and his community leadership live on, fondly remembered by many.

MICHELLE BARBOSA-MACEDO

Michelle graduated from Conestoga College in 2014 and received her Paralegal License in January of 2015. Michelle has been working in the legal field for over six years, with experience in Labor Relations, Family Law, Civil Litigation, Criminal Law, Provincial Offences and Small Claims Court. Michelle has been with the firm since early 2020 supporting Scott Grainger and our litigation clients.
SUE BRENNER
Legal Assistant - Real Estate
Sue is one of our Real Estate Law Clerks with 45 years of experience. In her free time, Sue likes to enjoy time with family and friends, read, play competitive horseshoes, garden, and act as secretary of the Elmira Kiwanis Music Festival.
KAITLYN WEBER
Accounting
Kaitlyn is one of two working in the accounting department. She joined the firm over 5 years ago as a high school student and has since completed a diploma in accounting. She will eagerly assist you with any of your accounting inquiries. She spends much of her free time chasing around her toddler and enjoying time with friends and family.
KENZIE HARRIS
Accounting
Kenzie is a University of Waterloo student who has been with the firm since July 2019. She assisted the coverage of Kaitlyn’s maternity leave and now works alongside her in the bookkeeping department. Kenzie also has experience in corporate minutes and is currently working part time while she completes her schooling for Social Development Studies.
RILEY DINGELSTAD
Office Administration
Riley is a high school student who has played a key role in updating the firm's filing system to being digitized. She works behind the scenes to ensure every client file is properly preserved electronically.
ASHTON ZIMMERMAN
Office Administration
Ashton is in her gap year after attending Norwell District Secondary School. She works alongside Riley to digitize client files, as well as, works at reception doing a variety of tasks. She assists Cindy in preparing client files and keeps things running smoothly on the front end. In her free time she enjoys cooking, baking, swimming and watching The Office.
